"You" / "Member" means the individual purchasing or accessing the AI Advertising Accelerator.
By signing up, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.
We provide the AI Advertising Accelerator a digital membership programme delivering training, resources, and community access to help members create AI-generated advertising content and manage paid advertising campaigns.
Access is provided through the Whop platform at whop.com. Membership includes:
We reserve the right to modify, update, or improve programme content at any time. We will not remove core content without notice.
New members receive a 3-day free trial with full programme access from the moment of sign-up. No payment is taken until day 4.
To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription before the end of day 3 (72 hours from sign-up). Cancellation is done entirely inside Whop no email required, no cancellation call.
After the free trial, your subscription automatically renews at $37 USD per month and your payment method is charged on the same date each month until you cancel.
Prices are in USD. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees if billing in a different currency. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active members.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period you retain access until then. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Statutory rights (including UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights for digital content) are not affected by this policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding contract to purchase a membership. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement.
This programme is intended for individuals operating (or looking to operate) as business owners or freelancers. It is not a consumer product under UK consumer protection definitions, as it is purchased for business purposes.
Your results will depend on many factors including your prior experience, effort applied, niche, market conditions, budget, and how consistently you implement the system. Saint Jay Marketing Ltd makes no guarantee of any specific income, revenue, or business outcome from using the Accelerator.

All content within the AI Advertising Accelerator including videos, written materials, prompt templates, scripts, frameworks, and branding is the intellectual property of Saint Jay Marketing Ltd.
Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the content for your own business purposes. You may not:

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We provide the programme "as is" and make no warranties that it will meet your specific requirements or be uninterrupted or error-free. We will use reasonable efforts to ensure availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
Access to the programme is delivered through Whop and Discord. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service. We are not liable for any changes to, or unavailability of, those third-party platforms.
Either party may terminate the membership at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms (particularly intellectual property or acceptable use provisions), with no obligation to refund fees paid.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For members located in the United States, nothing in these Terms waives any rights you may have under applicable US federal or state consumer protection laws.
We prefer to resolve disputes informally email us first at [email protected]. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active members by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
